A few of the parts broke, including the controller, and recently, the kickstand got ripped off, there is nothing to screw in but it’s okay, they have me a new controller, and recently, the pedal assist activated as I was picking up the bike, due to the broken kickstand launching it into a stream 3 feet deep. The bike was completely submerged and still somehow works!
So I now have over 1000 miles on my first gen F3X (mostly offroad singletrack riding) and I just have to leave another review. My bike has exceeded my expectations on build quality, performance, and fun factor. Its the perfect bike for me. The fact that you can actually call and talk to a live person with questions or any minor issues is beyond awesome. Its great to see a company like Ghostcat take off. Kadeem and Craig are the dynamic duo of amazing customer support and knowledge. I will be a loyal customer for life and will ride nothing else! Go Ghostcat!!
I’m in northern Canada and really think the quality and service is top quality, every time I called or needed service tips they were outstanding glad I went with ghostcat . fx3pro is a everything I expected and more thank you to everyone I have talked to there. Buy a ghostcat you won’t regret it the quality of the bike is outstanding
