Controller – F3 Class 2

Extremely disappointed first part was incorrect so I sent photos instead of a list of the specs off of my controller and after second tracking number was emailed to me I couldn’t acquire any tracking info from UPS with said number, then contacted Ghostcat via phone for explanation and was told the second controller didn’t pass technical bench tests so it wasn’t shipped and unfortunately was the last one in stock so now I’m again with the use of my e-bike and I’m stuck waiting weeks for a back ordered part after I’ve already been waiting weeks. I’m currently waiting on a controller for numerous weeks that has failed after just 525 miles of use, I have no kickstand because that snapped in half while riding on a combination of roads and sidewalks so basically just stress fractured without having any out side contact. Oh unfortunately that is also listed on back order. While going thru a financially tough time I put my trust in Ghostcat to rely on their bike for my transportation back and forth to work and after truly enjoying the first 525 miles of riding with an ear to ear grin on a phenomenal e-bike I know find myself stranded for what is now gonna be months of downtime! Great bike and very nice professional staff at Ghostcat but parts acquisition has turned into a total nightmare!
