I love my bike. My daughter is about 70 lbs she rides on the back with me and the bike rides with 0 hesitation . She loves it and the ride is very smooth. But most importantly I have never purchased anything that came with the level of service this company has provided. I work for an ebike shop in Hawaii and the Ghostcat team are an absolute pleasure to work with. Kadeem and the rest of the support team have the best support and response time than literally every other brand we carry to the point of being able to provide same day mechanic service. I also own an F4X and I love it.
Scheduled a test ride for Saturday. Received an email and phone call from Jenna from customer service for rescheduling. Showed up same day and met with Kadeem. Kadeem was extremely friendly and took care of me! Purchased the F4x and couldn’t be happier.
