Refund policy

At GhostCat Bikes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund, minus a 4% payment processing fee, up until you receive your shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Once your order has shipped, it is subject to the return terms below.

Returns

Refund requests must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the bike must be in new and unused condition and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Approved returns are refunded the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Accessories, consumables, or any other items not included in the original bike purchase are non-refundable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed after approval.
