This is the 2nd set of them I've needed after the original plastic set failed. So this is the 2nd time I'm having to rebuild the rear hub motor. I was not compensated for this set as they should be under warranty. About 2 weeks ago only 2 were sent to me in the package and I've been waiting for the 3rd one that should arrive today. The 3rd gear was supposed to arrive last week but the delivered envelope was empty. This has been nothing but frustrating as the bikes been out of commission for several weeks. Sine prior to the gear set failure I had to rebuild the bike for the 3rd time. 2 cracked frames and 1 cracked rear triangle previously.
Only saving grace is that I've done all the work myself or I'd be out of pocket $1000's. Please reimburse the last charge of $75 I paid for the gear set, as all of these repairs have been within 1 year.
I am very dissatisfied this far.
