Great bike I get compliments on the look of it all the time and everybody asks me where I got it from and I think in general just makes people curious about the possibilities of E bikes. I’ve had no major issues so far just had to change tires a couple of times because of flats. Suspension is super squishy so comfortable and it gets off the line quick.

Actually I would give it 3.5 stars. The charger feels inadequate and takes forever to charge. What i hate about the bike is that it is WAY to jumpy off the line. Turning down the power in advanced settings does fix it but also drops the top speed. Taking off in level 5 is sketchy. PAS also is also way to jumpy at the wrong times--hence I disable it in advanced settings.

Everything you get in package is really nice but the custom seat not comfortable at all the factory seat is way better now the custom looks really nice. Mine came in 4 separate orders and took awhile didn't like that.

Way worth the money. If your using it for hunting you gonna have to put slime in the tubes they puncture pretty easy if your driving in woods. No complaints

Very nice, smooth pretty fast bike. Suspension does well tires do well.
Seems to be holding up very well I’m mostly off-road rider wish to seek could be raised slightly. I’m about 6 foot tall. Wouldn’t mind if I had three gears for peddle assisting. And as always, you want to takeoff faster and have more power.

My main complaint is that it is too touchy, not smooth so very difficult to ride on difficult trails; I wish I had done a test ride first; will you buy it back?

Great bike. It’s durable, fast, and pretty much road legal.
One caveat:
There’s a slight throttle delay that has existed, it makes the bike feel a bit less like responsive than a mid drive bike. I reached out to support and they said there would be a new tune soon, but that was mid-summer 2026.

Great bike. I really love the off road suspension. I use it mostly for hunting and it really smooths out the rough terrain. No issues so far and I don’t expect any. Battery life is adequate. I get about 25 miles off road with mostly flat terrain. I wish I could dim the display for dark riding. Have to cover it to be able to see if I’m riding without headlight to get to my hunting blind or tree. Small detail for an otherwise perfect bike.

Fun and fast! Problems with leaking front shock. Company got right back to me and replaced them under warranty! Thank you!

This is a great bike. It's a lot of fun and I also use it to commute to work sometimes. My only gripe is the dead space in the stock throttle. I have to be conscious of it every time I engage it. I am still giving 5 stars though. I will be on the lookout for upgrades to this. Thanks

The seat needs to be up higher you about can't pedal if you're a 6 ft guy

The quality of the bike is awesome plenty of power. But I will not recommend them to anyone since they are not willing to cover labor costs on replacing a part that messed up when putting the bike together. They were willing to cover the parts cost but not the labor. Not very professional at all.

Best pedal electric bike in the world, never switching back to any other brand. This is better than any super73 or Ariel Rider EVER. Awesome torque and range!

I'm on my 5th bike from 5 different companies and GhostCat is the absolute best of them all. I purchased the F4X.

The suspension and overall bike quality was stunning. Its powerful and just feels more like a safe bike than the others.

I'll say this as well - I have not encountered in recent memory the incredible level of customer service GhostCat provides. They are responsive to email and actually pick up the phone - every time. And they have answered every question with patience and incredible experience. Jenna and Kadeem are at the top of the list.

All you other companies got a lot of catching up to do.

I just picked my bike up yesterday and my life has already changed. I ordered the F3. 2 Pro to get delivered to my house, even though I was local. After a few days I couldn’t wait any longer, So I went to their shop in San Clemente to pick up my bike. When I arrived I got the opportunity to speak with Kevin the owner and founder of Ghostcat Bikes. He said they would build my bike for free if I didn’t mind coming back in a hour. He also said they would run tests to make sure everything is working smoothly. When I came back he said he had bad news, they didn’t have my bike in stock. Then I got the best surprise of my life. He built an F3X .2 Pro and gave me that instead. I just wanted to let everyone know Ghostcat is the place to get your bikes from. They’re bikes are all exceptional for the price tag and give you the best bang for your buck. I’m am so shocked at the comfort of these bikes, the suspension is miles ahead of other bikes.
